Application Process

Once you have submitted your application, someone from our team will reach out to you within 48 Hours.  All vendors must be go through an approval process.  Once you have been notified as an approved Vendor for upcoming events, a Vendor Coordinator will reach out to you.  You will be required to provide your logo in a vector-based format. If a vector-based file is not available, a pixel-based file can be used if provided at 300 pixels per inch & a minimum dimension of 3 inches.

Your Vendor Coordinator will discuss Location priority, as it will be on a first come basis. 

Details are subject to change upon the discretion of Blucat Group.

NOTE: Any mandate changes imposed by local, state and/or federal government, including SNHD (Health Department) and Fire Department, which effect the occupancy of this event will cause this event to be cancelled/postponed. All payments received will be credited to the next scheduled event.

Each vendor will be allotted a 10X10 tent / tabling area .  

Table Rentals are available upon request. Table Rentals will be $40 * Please note, these fees are Non-Refundable. Includes one 6’ Table and 2 Chairs.  Additional Tables: $12 each, Chairs: $8 each

Please provide photos of booth set up along with application. 

Due to the exclusive nature of our Vendor Booth Opportunities, Please provide photos of products or services.
